Happy Thanksgiving Day! I hope all that celebrate this holiday have a wonderful day with family and friends. We have six guests coming for dinner. Although we couldn't make it to Mass, this morning, my son is over there serving Mass for Father. I guess that sometimes you have to do your praying from the kitchen in the spirit or hospitality! That, and the fact the Mass is an hour later and we have to have things cooked and ready by noon!
The table is set, pots are awaiting further instructions on the stove and the turkey is in the roaster on the counter. Side dishes are warming in the oven and it only remains for me to cook potatoes and mash them. I think I'm up to the task!
