A culinary miracle . . .

As mentioned, Pomegranates are one of my favorite fruits, but I often hesitate to enjoy them because they are so messy to eat. My husband will often treat me by seeding one for me but he ends up with stained fingers for days. Cutting one in half and just picking out the seeds is slow work and hardly worth the effort of the mess.

I just ran across this video that changes all this! The person demonstrating his method of seeding a Pomegranate assured one that they would be amazed and he was right. In about 10 seconds, you can thoroughly remove the seeds from half a fruit with little effort. Just had to share!
