Grilling 101

 
Okay, dinner was almost successful. The rub recipe was a bit salty for our tastes. That's not to say it was not good, just too much salt. My husband is excited about trying the same recipe, again and using a scant half of the amount of salt called for in the recipe. The rest of the spices were great and imparted a nice balance of spice and sweetness to the chicken.
