My family's favorite meal on a Friday is meatless spaghetti sauce . . . as long as I make it myself! Believe it or not, all you see in the picture, and then some, goes into the making of it. Lots of onion and fresh Basil make it into the mix. Since my husband's tomato plants are going crazy with the warm sunshine, coming up with spaghetti sauce is an easy job. I like my version because it gets a whole lot of vegetables into my family but all they see is a mound of pasta and a sprinkling of cheese!
